We keep ourselves active !!! Things are happening here
We have a great pleasure and a great opportunity to invite you to an event that will take place before we meet face to face, at the conference „Autism – the spectrum of flexibility” (19-20 September 2020 in Gliwice).
On August 22, 2020, start at 9:00
we will host
The International ONLINE Training Conference
“Autism – Attitude. Responsibility. Development.”
Our attitude and our approach are not the goals in themselves … We believe that they are the most effective PATH that leads to the goal! In our opinion, the goal is to build relationships with people on the spectrum. By building relationships, striving for them in a manner that is full of relaxed quality and forbearance, we show others how important relationships are, how helpful the relationships created with us – neurotypical people – can be. For someone else to find being with us „helpful”, there is no other way but being helpful … patient, understanding, joyful and cordial.
Often, therapy turns into looking for a way that will help us persuade a person on the spectrum (younger or older) to follow our instructions. It may be a cause of many difficult, heavy and intense emotions on both sides – both specialists and parents, as well as people on the spectrum.
You can do it differently! You can look for a way to establish trust between in closeness and acceptance and with more fun. Attitude matters – it’s colossal!
Visit us on the end of August. On this website (http://wspanialezejestes.pl) you will be able to watch 5 lectures dedicated to working on one’s own attitude and building therapeutic competences based on resources which significantly increase the efficiency of our activities and which have often been forgotten.
The following speakers announced their participation in the conference:
